I win!

The battery for my computer has been having issues since the beginning of spring semester. At that time the battery would just drain really quickly, but would recharge when I plugged it back in. Well last week it told me that the battery had irreparable damage and it needed to be replaced. I said "Boo I don't have money to spend on a new battery." But now the battery drains remarkably fast, and then doesn't recharge. So I started searching for a new one, I found some on ebay f0r around $60, but then I was gonna check on ibm.com to see what their prices were. Instead I found a page that checks if your battery is eligible for a replacement. Apparently mine has the right problems so I filled out the form and I get a free replacement!!! WIN!!! Unfortunately, I am pretty sure there is a short in my AC adapter too, so the power supply breaks in and out. So I will probably end up having to buy a new one of those, but at least I don't have to buy a battery.
